Painting machines
For automatic painting, we use application systems from ABB and FANUC, as well as 1-and 2-component painting systems. The painting makes use of water-based locking systems.

Surface painting
For finishing the surfaces of large plastic components, we use modern two-component painting systems that permit a working width of up to 2.20 metres – and also make high-quality special effects possible at the same time.

Hand painting
The stencilling that is necessary for small volumes or for multicolour painting is carried out manually in manual spraying booths.

Printing
For professional labelling of the plastic components, we make use of several tampon printing machines (max. printing plate 560 mm x 110 mm).

Hot stamp printing
We carry out the decorative coating of the components using coloured hot stamp printing foils with electronically-controlled unwinding and flat embossing machines.
