Switch on, sit back and enjoy: That’s the way television should be. And that is why we have designed Metz televisions to be completely self-explanatory. If you are unsure of anything, however, simply press the “Info” button on the remote control to access the straightforward, easy-to-use help menu. With Metz, poring over the manual for hours on end is a thing of the past – thanks to the award-winning Tri-Star operating system.

Metz has made watching TV even easier. With the easy-to-use Tri-Star operating system, it is up to you to decide which operating options you would like to use – in three levels. You can limit the range of options to the bare minimum, i.e. for simple and fast operation, or you can go into greater detail: for example, you can assign custom settings, such as colour, volume, contrast or clarity, to individual TV channels and any external signal source . This innovative operating concept has earned Metz the Plus X award.*

Find what you are looking for faster: with the straightforward Metz teletext system, you can choose between specific topics and quickly locate the corresponding information – in the same brilliant picture quality you expect from Metz. With the extensive page memory, which holds up to 2,000 pages, you can even access sub-pages in no time at all – without annoying waits.

You can choose between three different display versions for the programme overview. Using the function keys you can decide between a programme overview for digital channels according to your custom channel list, an individual view for a specific channel or a list on the electronic programme guide of programmes currently showing at a given time. Viewers who are interested in a particular genre can also sort programmes according to interests.
